The Culinary Journey of Brothers Johnny & Howie

Johnny grew up in New York City and trained under a master sushi chef from Japan before bringing his refined techniques to Atlanta’s top kitchens. Howie, driven by his love of performance, perfected his tableside hibachi flair by the time he was 18. Together, they founded Fuku (福 – “Happy”) Catering to share immersive, gourmet Japanese experiences that engage and delight every sense.
